Jessica Guzman’s Journey of Strength, Freedom, and Becoming

At YEOUTH, we believe that beauty is more than skin deep. It is found in the strength,
resilience, and real-life experiences of the people who use our products every day. That is why we created Real People. Real Stories. A space to share the inspiring journeys, challenges,
and life lessons of our YEOUTH community.

These are not skincare testimonials. They are stories of growth, self-love, and transformation told by real people, for real people. Whether it is a moment of personal triumph, a fresh start, or a powerful lesson learned, each story is a reminder that we are all in this journey together.

Welcome to a place where beauty meets authenticity.

Real People. Real Stories.

Hi, I’m Jessica, someone who embodies quiet confidence and unapologetic authenticity. The woman I am today has been shaped by self-awareness, independence, and a deep respect for personal freedom. My story reflects a journey of learning to trust my own voice, honor my instincts, and move through life with intention rather than expectation. Along the way, I’ve discovered that becoming who you truly are is not about fitting in. It’s about standing firmly in your own truth, even when your path looks nothing like anyone else’s.

What shaped me into the woman I am today?

When I think about what shaped me into the woman I am today, it was not one defining moment. It was a thousand small decisions. Choosing growth over comfort. Choosing honesty over approval. Choosing to leave spaces that felt too small for who I was becoming.

I was born in the rain of Oregon, but I found myself under the wide skies of New Mexico. Somewhere between green forests and desert sunsets, I learned that I am both grounded and wild. Soft and unshakeable. A little city, a little cowgirl. I do not fit into one box, and I stopped trying to.

What do adventure, freedom, and the outdoors mean to me?

Adventure, to me, is not about adrenaline. It is about aliveness. It is the decision to stay awake to your own life instead of moving through it on autopilot. Freedom is having the courage to build a life that feels like mine, not simply one that looks impressive from the outside.

The outdoors always brings me back to my core. Out there, there is no performance, no filters, just wind, dirt roads, open sky, and the quiet reminder that I was never meant to be small. In that space, I am allowed to take up room, breathe deeply, and remember exactly who I am.

Life with my Toyota FJ and how it reflects my personality or lifestyle

My Toyota FJ is not just a vehicle; it is a reflection of me. It is bold, capable, unapologetic, and built to handle rough terrain. It does not flinch at steep climbs or rocky paths, and neither do I. It represents independence and possibility. If there is somewhere I want to go, I go. If there is a mountain, I will find a way up it.

Life with my “toy beast” is about movement, exploration, and trusting myself enough to take the road less paved. It mirrors the way I live my life: ready for the unexpected, willing to navigate the bumps, and always open to where the next turn might lead.

How motherhood has shaped me

Motherhood deepened everything. It made me stronger, softer, and far more intentional. It taught me that being a woman is not about doing it all perfectly; it is about showing up truthfully. It is about raising humans who understand that strength can look like compassion, and power can look like boundaries.

A message or encouragement for other women chasing their own path

Being a woman, to me, means owning your story. It means refusing to shrink yourself to fit into someone else’s expectations. It means embracing every part of your identity, every culture, every scar, every evolution. It means building your own table if you are not invited to one, and knowing you are worthy long before anyone chooses you.

To any woman chasing her own path, you do not have to wait for permission. You do not have to tone yourself down to make others comfortable. Your dreams are not too much. Your ambition is not intimidating; it is inspiring. Take up space. Change directions if you need to. Start over if you have to. There is nothing reckless about building a life that feels like freedom.

The world does not need smaller women.
It needs women who know exactly who they are and are not afraid to live like it.
