What we upgraded, and why it matters
Retinol is a powerful cosmetic ingredient, but it's also a sensitive one. Over time and when exposed to light, air, or temperature fluctuations, traditional retinol can begin to degrade, which affects how consistently it performs from the first use to the last.
By switching to a more stable form of retinol, we're able to preserve the integrity of your formula throughout the full life of every bottle. That means more reliable performance, more consistent delivery, and a better experience every time you reach for your YEOUTH Retinol.

About the color change you may notice
We want to be upfront about something you might notice when you open your next bottle: your retinol product may look slightly different in color than what you've seen before.
Please know that this is completely normal, and it's actually a reflection of the upgrade working as intended. The subtle shift in color simply indicates the enhanced stability of the new retinol form. Your formula is performing exactly as it should.
The performance, safety, and skin-visible results you rely on remain unchanged. Your routine stays exactly as it is.
A note on MOCRA compliance: All YEOUTH products are formulated in compliance with the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act. This upgrade does not affect the product classification or safety profile. YEOUTH formulates, manufactures, and tests every product in our own FDA-registered facility in New Mexico.
