At YEOUTH, we believe that beauty is more than skin deep-it’s found in the strength, resilience, and real-life experiences of the people who use our products every day. That’s why we created Real People. Real Stories.-a space to share the inspiring journeys, challenges, and life lessons of our YEOUTH community.
These aren’t skincare testimonials. They’re stories of growth, self-love, and transformation-told by real people, for real people. Whether it’s a moment of personal triumph, a fresh start, or a powerful lesson learned, each story is a reminder that we’re all in this journey together.
Welcome to a place where beauty meets authenticity.
Real People. Real Stories.
Hi, my name is Hailey. I am 23 years old and in my last semester of college, working toward my associate degree. I plan to continue for my bachelor’s when the time feels right.
Before my current role, I worked many different jobs. Serving, call center work, barista shifts, hosting, nannying, delivery driving, body art supervision, and carhop management. I was always moving, always adjusting, and mostly just trying to get by. I loved nannying, but it did not pay enough. I knew I wanted something I could genuinely enjoy, not just a job to survive.
Organization has always been part of my daily life, so I decided to try reception work. I was hired as a receptionist at a veterinary clinic, and I was genuinely excited. I love animals deeply, and that mattered to me. Today, I am the lead receptionist. I schedule appointments, answer phones, emails, and texts, manage paperwork, and support communication throughout the clinic.
I still do not have everything figured out. And that is okay. I focus on making each day a little better than the last. I try to grow, learn, and show up. Tomorrow is always a new day. The sun always rises again.

How did you feel when you were jumping from job to job?
I felt like I was in survival mode all the time. I was young and focused on paying bills. I had a high school diploma and limited options. I did not yet understand what it meant to enjoy your work. I was just doing what I had to do.
When did you realize you were good at your job?
Working in veterinary medicine was completely new to me. I had to learn medical terminology, new software, and how the clinic functioned day to day. When I realized I was picking it up quickly and handling it well, I knew this role fit me. That moment made me proud.
What would you tell someone your age who feels lost?
Most people do not have life figured out. They are taking it one day at a time. If everything were already solved, there would be nothing left to learn. Growth is part of the point.

Thank You, Hailey
