Blyssey’s Journey of Change and Resilience

Meet Blyssey—a Licensed Esthetician in two states, skincare expert, and longtime YEOUTH fan. For 35 years, she called Southern California home, where she built a thriving skincare salon and dedicated her life to helping clients feel confident in their skin.

But after decades of hard work, Blyssey made a brave decision: she closed her business and moved to Texas with her fiancé. Not long after, life surprised her again—she found out she was pregnant with her first child.

With so many changes happening at once, Blyssey’s world shifted dramatically. She went from a bustling city of over 3 million people to a smaller town of just 186,000. From running a busy salon surrounded by familiar clients and colleagues to starting over in a completely new industry. From a strong local network to leaning on the love of her fiancé and the comfort of her pets.

Through it all, Blyssey’s story is one of resilience and fresh beginnings. She continues to lean on the self-care practices she’s always believed in—nourishing her skin, honoring her well-being, and embracing the exciting new chapter ahead as both a mother and a partner.
