If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are at your service. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may send it back for a no hassle refund, all you have to pay is S & H. 

You have 60 calendar days from the date the item has been received to return it. 

Refunds 

Once your item has been received, you will be notified that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card on file. You will receive a credit in accordance with how long it takes your credit card provider to process the return. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you ship via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS tracking purposes. We will not assume responsibility for items that have not been received by our facility. 

It is important to include your order number with your return.
