Avoid These Five Skin Care Mistakes!
Almost everyone follows a skin care routine of sorts. We all have great intentions when it comes to taking care of our skin, but sadly, we sometimes sabotage our skin without us realizing it.
When it comes to preventing aging, your everyday habits make a HUGE difference. Of course we want to discover all the sneaky ways we could be causing damage to our skin!
Turns out, there are a number of ways we could be hurting our chances in getting a radiant complexion. We at YEOUTH are here to help. Let's break all these bad habits, shall we?
1. Getting too touchy.
Call them pimples, zits, blemishes, or acne. Bottom line is, we get them at some point in our lives. Where a lot of people go wrong is how they treat these pesky blemishes once they surface. Picking at it will result to a zit lasting longer, plus a post-breakout scar that can be hard to fade. Remember, even the act of touching a part of your face with unclean hands can trigger acne. So try to keep your hands off your face.
2. Using exfoliators, too many and too often.
In the quest for younger and smoother skin, many are resorting to aggressive exfoliating procedures that are doing more harm than good. Over-exfoliating can damage your skin's barrier, resulting to dehydration, flaking, inflammation, destruction of healthy skin cells, and triggering hyper-pigmentation. Ouch.
3. Using alcohol-based toners.
Toners should be used daily; it's an essential step in the skin care regimen. However, using an alcohol-based toner will only cause a heightened dull skin cell buildup and dehydrate your skin. Use an alcohol-free toner like Yeouth's Balancing Facial Toner. It will give your skin a drink of moisture and prepares and revitalizes the skin after cleansing. YEOUTH's Toner has 3 key ingredients, namely, hypoallergenic chamomile flower extract, allantoin, and alcloxa, all working to heal, soothe, and prevent bacteria from entering your pores.

4. Forgetting about your neck.
A lot of women apply moisturizer on their neck regularly, which is a good thing. But one big mistake is treating it as an afterthought. Women normally rub moisturizer on her face and extend the leftovers down on her neck. Yup, the intentions might be good, but it really is not doing a lot of help in your quest for a smoother, softer neck. The little amount that you apply as an afterthought is not really enough to do its intended job. Neck creams are your go-to, they really make the difference!

5. Incorrect use of skin care products.
I picked up this tip by chance but it made such a huge difference on my skin. Did you know that damp skin is a lot more (ten times, in fact) permeable than dry skin,
and can carry the active ingredients of your moisturizer and serum deeper into your skin when left damp? Imagine your skin as a sponge - a dry sponge doesn't absorb as much liquid. A wet one absorbs and retains liquids better. This is why the skin experts at Yeouth strongly advise that you apply their serums right after misting the face with their Balancing Facial Toner. Your skin will soak up all the goodness of your skin care products, and trust me, your skin will feel so much more lovely and moist thereafter!

My skin is always really dry during this time of year so thanks for these care tips. I like your point about using a moisturizer on your neck as well. I’ll try to remember to do this so my skin doesn’t get as irritated. http://salamancamc.com.au/services/
