Hi Barbara! The best way to diffuse essential oils is through a diffuser. If you don’t have one, we recommend placing a few drops of your chosen essential oil blends on clothespins and then clipping them onto your air conditioning vents. As air flows over them, the aromatic fragrance of the essential will waft through the air and your whole house will smell great!

How do you disperse these oils? Do you put them on a cotton ball or do you inhale from the bottle? What is the best way?
